Kevin is a Senior Associate with Leo Berwick Law’s Transactional Tax Advisory practice, focusing on complex renewable energy, M&A, and commercial transactions with a focus on identifying tax risks and delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
Before joining Leo Berwick Law, Kevin was a Senior Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel where he advised the IRS on complex audits involving significant federal tax matters and represented the IRS in Tax Court.
Kevin also has prior experience managing a boutique law firm focused on insurance litigation and intellectual property transactions and litigation.
