Mike Oudyk is a Managing Director in Leo Berwick’s Finance team. In this role Mike supports the firm’s finance, accounting, FP&A, M&A and acquihire activities, as well as operations and other strategic initiatives that contribute to overall firm growth.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Mike was a Director in the Deal Advisory practice of a Big Four accounting firm, where he specialized in providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to pension plans, private equity funds, and corporates. He has more than 13 years of professional experience, including three years serving as COO of a deal advisory platform, working alongside partners on strategic initiatives, client coverage, resource management, HR, FP&A, and operations.
His background also includes two years in London providing M&A advisory services within a private equity deal advisory practice, as well as internships in investment banking, private capital, and private equity.
